These bad boys are sooooo good! You wont be able to stop yourself from eating the whole plate.
(note: I keep them in aluminum foil to stay warm until I'm ready to eat)
Things you gonna need:
2 Medium ripe avocados
1/2 cup Flour
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Chili powder
1 tsp Black pepper
2 Eggs, beaten
1/2 cup Panko bread crumbs
1 cup Oil
How to make it (roughly 15 minutes):
- Peel and slice the avocados into 8 pieces each (total of 16 slices)
- Mix the flour, salt, chili powder and pepper together
- Dip the avocado pieces in to the flour
- Now dip them into the beaten egg, immediately followed by tossing them in the panko bread crumbs (it will get a bit messy)
- Once all the avocado pieces are covered, heat the oil up in a pan over high heat.
- Carefully place the avocado into the oil
- Turn them over when they get golden brown and take them out when they are completely golden brown
- Salt to taste, and if you like it spicy add some chili powder too.
